(courtesy of Janet at Friday Fill Ins)
1. No, we will NOT be opening Christmas presents early.
2. I remember eating dinner at the old kitchen table.
3. I watched the steam rising from the hot cup of coffee (or tea) and thought: I was right...  I knew I didn't like hot beverages.
4. No matter what happens...  I'm going to be okay.
5. I'll take Robert Pattinson...  you can have Taylor Lautner.
6. It looks like snow... at least from my point of view.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to watching TV and reading, tomorrow my plans include wrapping Christmas presents and Sunday, I want to finish it all up!

The Vampire Diaries: The Return:  Shadow Souls
L.J. Smith
Release Date:  March 16, 2010
HarperTeen
Pages:  608
ISBN:  978-0061720819

From ljanesmith.net:

A kinder, gentler Damon, a heart-torn Elena, and a roadtrip that leads--literally--into Hell. What more could you want on vacation with your best friends? The catch: even to get in you have to wear a dog-collar and be considered the slave of the vampire that brings you. Suddenly Damon learns what it's like to have three wives at once. Meanwhile Stefan is languishing in prison, dependent on Elena's dreams to keep him from dying. Plus, quite a twisty ending, if I do say so myself.

I'm behind!!! Adventurous week!!!

It has been a very busy week so far this week and promises to continue throughout the weekend!!!  I have almost completed my Christmas shopping....  just a few small touches left!!!  Of course, everything still needs to be wrapped!!!  Of course, that's one of my favorite parts of the holidays, so no biggie!!!  Tuesday was my big shopping day out....  and yesterday, Brady ended up having Christmas pictures taken TWICE...  the first time was at The Picture People at Northlake Mall...  we have done three sets of pictures there in the past that all turned out wonderfully...  however, yesterday was a completely different experience...  our photographer, who I can only describe as 'ICY' should not be working with small children...  she didn't even seem to care about what she was doing... and it showed...  it was a horrific experience...  and ended with me walking out of the store empty handed (well, not counting the stroller handles...)  but it turned out extremely positively because I called "Portrait Innovations" here in Huntersville...  our photographer was Jen, and she did just a FABULOUS job...  she was amazing with Brady, which led to some of the most BEAUTIFUL pictures of him ever!!!  I will definitely be returning there...  and they even asked if they could use some of his pictures on the walls or windows of the studio!!!
As for the rest of the week...  tonight I have an Eastern Star meeting...  tomorrow night is the NASCAR Awards Banquet....  Saturday night is the Director's Staff Christmas Party at the Mecklenburg Shrine Club...  and then Sunday is the Shriners Children's Christmas Party with Santa for Brady!!!

I promise to get back on track after all of this!!!  *HUGS*
